Summary
Fairmont Hotels and Resorts is a leader in the global hospitality industry with presence in over 50 countries around the world. The brand having opened a hotel in Jaipur city needed support to design all their marketing collaterals with focus on the local market in order to provide a visually compelling experience to their guests. Premium designing was required to help to establish the brand image amongst the target audience in the Indian market.

Backstory
The aim was to design all the marketing collaterals with a premium and international feel in order to create a strong impact on the target audience. The design story was to help showcase the opulence and tranquility of the property blended with authentic Rajasthani influence in order to build the right brand positioning in the Indian market and create a strong and loyal customer base.

Solution
The agency deployed an effective design strategy that kept in mind the brand’s varied influences and the local market focus. Our main aim was to blend the international heritage of the brand with the ethnicity of the royal city of Jaipur to generate a unique positioning for the brand. The team followed a thematic approach for the brand designs infused with traditional and modern elements. Designs for collaterals like print advertisements, online advertisements, e-mailers, hotel brochures, CD cover, calendar, posters, restaurant menu and many more were designed and developed for the brand.

Outcome
The marketing collaterals designed helped the brand reach out to its target audience and create a niche for itself in the cluttered market it operates in. The designs delivered were quite appreciated by the brand as it helped them in their overall marketing strategy. Strong design backed collaterals were successful in promoting and boosting brand visibility across print and online platforms for the hotel. The agency even won some international locations hotel design work from the group.
